Our Story

The beginning

It all started back in 2019 during the first COVID-19 lockdown… Yes, this is our TRUE STORY! Longing for an outing with the family while at home, I set out to make Neapolitan pizza from scratch. After some research and a somewhat scientific-driven test phase, it started to taste and look like the real deal. Besides convincing my family that PIZZADIY@HOME was fun and tasty, friends and family started to get hooked too! Pushing me to start selling the dough. So that is how I started.

I make my doughs according to artisan methods and techniques. I believe in the strength of local ingredients. Join me on my quest to bring more and more local producers to the pizza chain. For now, I still make everything in small batches from our test kitchen at my home base in Oostvoorne. Not the Fior di latte mozzarella though… I let the dough mature for at least 48 hours, to achieve the best flavor and the ultimate Neapolitan pizza crust. Simply Delicious!
